LEAD Summit
LEAD stands for Leadership Experience and Advocacy Development. This program highlights skills for student success and will help you identify your strengths. In this program, you'll explore topics such as time management, advocacy, digital identity, group dynamics, health and wellness, and emotional intelligence. This conference-style program is available once a year on our campus.
Rooted in Justice
Rooted in Justice is an immersive leadership retreat grounded in social justice, community engagement, and systems-level change. Through interactive seminars facilitated by local community organizations, participants will explore how systems and institutions operate, how inequities are created and sustained, and the skills necessary to challenge and transform them. This program is offered once a year, students must apply on Bend Beavs Central and be accepted.
