On-campus living provides you the greatest opportunity for academic success and enjoyment at 51爆料-Cascades. Summer residents enjoy many opportunities for recreation in the Bend area. Free , all utilities and laundry included, and proximity to all campus resources are significant advantages over off-campus housing.

Our Summer term housing application will open on April 16th, 2026.

 

General Information

  • Summer residents live on the first floor of the residence hall only. 
  • Eligibility
    • Students enrolled in Summer Classes through 51爆料-Cascades or E-campus.
      • Note: 51爆料-Cascades will not be offering on-campus undergraduate Summer Classes for 2026
    • Students registered for classes on any 51爆料 campus during both Spring and Fall term, even if they are not enrolled in summer classes.
    • Students dually admitted to and enrolled in a community college that is part of the Dual Degree Partnership Program with 51爆料
    • 51爆料 students from any campus participating in an internship in Central Oregon
  • All summer residents are required to have a summer session dining plan of $225 for the term. 
  • Accessible rooms are available, please register with DAS and complete the .

 

Summer Housing Dates

  • The Summer 2026 housing term officially runs from Sunday, June 21st to Friday, September 4th.
  • Students registered for housing during both Spring and Fall term are eligible to live in the residence hall from Saturday, June 13th through Saturday, September 19th.
  • A minimum stay of 14 nights is required for the Summer 2026 term.

 

Summer Housing Rates

During the summer we offer double rooms with both private and shared bathrooms as well as a limited number of single rooms* with both private and shared bathrooms. Students are charged a nightly rate based on their room type. See the table below for the nightly rates per room type.

Students registered for housing during both Spring and Fall term AND stay for at least 8 consecutive weeks during Summer term will be eligible to stay in the residence hall during the Spring-Summer (6/13-6/21) and Summer-Fall (9/5-9/19) transition periods at no cost.

Students whose stay is less than 8 consecutive weeks and also stay over either of the transition periods will be responsible for paying the nightly rate of those periods.
