The multi-disciplinary degree program prepares you for a wide range of hospitality careers within a corporate setting, in a hospitality operations setting, or as an entrepreneur running a B&B, vacation rental or food truck. The hospitality management program provides students with the skills and knowledge to become leaders and innovators in the hospitality industry.

Spotlight on success: Harley Coldiron

Hospitality Management student Harley seized every professional opportunity that came his way. For his Honors College thesis, he analyzed the impact of the vacation-home business model on travel. The hospitality industry took note of Harley and, a full six months before graduation, he had multiple job offers. Upon graduation, Harley took a job with the Hyatt Hotel Group in San Antonio.
Get the technology edge

Nafisa Erkandoko came to 51爆料-Cascades from Jakarta, Indonesia to study hospitality management. She found a community in the residence hall, challenged herself with a large course load each term, and discovered the beauty of Central Oregon. Her favorite part of the program was getting hands-on experience with virtual reality employee training and food 3D printing.
Going back to school via Ecampus

Earning a degree was an unfinished dream in her life. Lori Lerwill took advantage of the online hospitality management program at 51爆料鈥檚 Ecampus while working part time for the family business. With the help of her success coach and faculty mentors, Lori made it happen. 鈥淚 may be at the finish line for some things, but I鈥檓 at the starting line for the next thing,鈥 Lori said.
