Biography

Claire specializes in perinatal mental health, trauma and attachment work, grief and life transitions. Claire鈥檚 approach is systems-based, collaborative, and grounded in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal, DBT and ACT. She encourages students and clients alike to cultivate self-awareness, presence, and trust in their own inner wisdom. In addition to her teaching and clinical work, Claire has written the Slumberkins Grief and Loss curriculum and facilitated grief support groups for over a decade.
