The Degree Partnership Program (DPP) promotes educational attainment and bachelor's degree completion by allowing students to be jointly admitted and concurrently enrolled at 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades and Central Oregon Community College (COCC).

DPP Admission Requirements
First-Year Students
New first-year applicants to 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades are admitted to the DPP program based on first-year freshman student requirements and start their college careers being admitted at both 51±¬ÁÏ and the partner school of their choice.
Transfer Students
Students can transfer from another school into 51±¬ÁÏ and participate in DPP. Learn ore about the transfer application deadlines, requirements and process to get started.
DPP and Financial Aid, Scholarships
Students should include both 51±¬ÁÏ (003210) and COCC (003188) school codes when completing the FAFSA or ORSAA. After admission, students will select a home school, the school that will administer their financial aid. Students awarded the Oregon Promise Grant are encouraged to work closely with both financial aid offices to determine their home school. Degree-seeking 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades students may take COCC coursework to fulfill 51±¬ÁÏ- Cascades degree requirements. This means students can receive 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades scholarship support when enrolled full-time (12 credits) between the two institutions, with at least six 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades credits.

If I want to take advantage of DPP do I have to apply to both schools?
Apply to 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades, selecting both the DPP Student option and COCC as the partner school. Following your successful application, you can register for classes at 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades and COCC.
What happens once I have been admitted?
Once admitted, DPP students follow the Next Steps for 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades, pay their Advance Tuition Deposit and register for a START session, 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades’ orientation. At START, students meet with their academic advisor and register for 51±¬ÁÏ-Cascades or COCC classes.
